What is the Translation Waiver Service?
The Translation Waiver Service is an add-on service that allows us to assess your qualification if the documents are not in English.
This means, you don’t need to provide us with a translation.
This saves you the trouble and expense of obtaining a certified translation from a qualified translator or a translation agency.
The service costs extra, but may be worthwhile for you if it saves you the cost of translation.
Do I need this service?
If the original language of your documents is not English and you don’t already have a certified translation, then you may wish to use the Translation Waiver Service.
However it should be noted that we do not provide you with a translation of your certificates as part of this service.
Which languages is it available for?
At the moment, the Translation Waiver Service is available for these languages:
Arabic, Bulgarian, Catalan, Chinese, Danish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Macedonian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish.
Which NARIC statements can it be used with?
The Translation Waiver Service can be added to the following services:
• Statement of Comparability
• Statement of Comparability for Construction Skills for Academically Qualified Persons

How much is the extra cost?

The Translation Waiver Service is an additional £40.00 + VAT in addition to the cost of the service you are using this with.
